Rooted in devotion.Â
Enrollment is always open. Begin today, at your own rhythm.
start todayÂ
In a time, full of artifical impact and human disconnect - we know one thing for certain:
mothers will always give BIRTH to raw, precious life.Â
Â
Postpartum is a portal.
You see mothers differently now.
Maybe it's the woman unraveling in the grocery store. Maybe it's the friend sending a voice note at 1 a.m., whispering how much harder motherhood feels than she ever imagined. Maybe it's your own story.
Whatever brought you here, something inside you knows:
There is more we can do for mothers.
Not to just hold her baby for an hour.Â
Not another "let me know if you need anything!" text. Â
But to truly care for her, body, mind & spirit.
To nourish her body.
To regulate her nervous system.
To prepare healing food.
To create a home that feels safe enough for her to soften, recover, and become.
You know motherhood was not meant to be an undernourished, isolated, and distressing experience.Â
And yet…
Around 1 in 5 mothers are impacted with mental health conditionsÂ
So where do we begin… if we actually want to change that?
What do we offer her that doesn’t just “help,”
but alters the entire trajectory of her healing,Â
something that could prevent years of silent suffering? We don't  admire the postpartum caregivers on the side.Â
This isn’t work to sit on the sidelines with.
Observing. Saving. Waiting until you feel “ready.”
Because the truth is—
mothers don’t need more spectators.
They need support.
Now.
W
Right now, you might be feeling
- Called to birthwork or postpartum care, but with no clear starting point
- Stuck in learning mode — courses, books, Instagram — but never in real rooms with real mothers
- Afraid of "doing it wrong," of not being good enough for a mother in her most tender weeks (it's already in your bones, babe)
- Wondering if you're allowed to do this work because you're not a mother yourself — "who am I to care for her?"
- Unsure how to find clients, speak about this work, or get paid for it
- Believing you can't do this while raising your own children — when this path can be shaped around your family, not against it (we're paving the new world here)
Â
And underneath it all, the deeper frustration: you can feel how much this work matters. You know you would be good at it. But without a clear path, you keep waiting — for readiness, for time, for the "right season."
And the waiting slowly costs you: mothers who need care right now, months of uncertainty instead of experience, and the income and flexibility this path could already be creating for your family.
🌹 Imagine this instead…
You wake up knowing exactly what you're doing. Not guessing, not piecing things together. Grounded in your role as a postpartum caregiver:
- A clear structure for supporting a mother through her full 42 days
- The confidence to walk into a home and lead a postpartum session
- The knowledge of what to cook, how to nourish, how to care
- The ability to speak about your work without second-guessing
- Your first paying client — or more
- A certification with a name you're proud to say out loud
You're booked ahead, well-paid for your care, and every family you serve calls you a blessing.

Client Love
"What she teaches is truly timeless and deeply nourishing for women and their babies. "
"I’ve been a birth & postpartum doula since 2017 and always felt something was missing in mainstream postpartum doula care, until I discovered the realms of Ayurvedic postpartum care through Coco. After studying within her Ayurvedic postpartum care training, I realized this knowledge was that missing piece I could sense had been lost in how women are cared for in the early postpartum phases. This is easily one of my favorite trainings I’ve invested in to deepen my practice as a doula and I highly recommend it for any birth worker who wants to bring the sacredness back into their birth work."

Client Love
"I loved her interweaving of practical knowledge and the sacred beliefs of Ayurveda. "
"Everything she shared, on how to hold and nourish the mother after birth is also relevant to supporting your own well being. Her passion for this service of love is palpable. Her dedication to honoring her own path of continued learning is honorable. "

Meet Coco Genevieve
Founder of AyurMama and Ayurvedic Postpartum Care Specialist
I've supported hundreds of families both in-home and online, guiding women through their first six weeks postpartum with nutrition, traditional care practices, and loving presence — and through the AyurMama School, I've trained over 100 Ayurvedic doulas across three cohorts who now carry this work into the world.
My path has been shaped by ongoing study with students of the renowned teacher Ysha Oakes, and mentorship from over six Ayurvedic physicians and midwives. I blend classical Ayurvedic wisdom with deeply practical, real-world care: nourishing meals to rebuild tissue, warm oils to soothe the nervous system, and gentle practices that honor a mother's own rebirth.
My mission is simple: to make ancient postpartum medicine remembered, and to honor the roots it comes from.
Welcome to the sacred path of the Ayurvedic Doula.

The AyurMama School Honors Ancient, Sacred Traditions
The sacred postpartum care we practice comes from teachers and communities in India who have preserved these practices for generations. This program aims to give back to this sacred heritage.Â
50% scholarships are offered to students of Indian heritage. 10% of all scholarship tuition is directed toward supporting postpartum education and care for women in India.
Carry the confidence, skills, and sacred tools to design postpartum care plans that are so deeply nourishing they awaken the body’s innate healing wisdom and honor the mother as divine.
By the end of your time in the school, you'll know how to weave Ayurvedic postpartum principles into your work, your home, and your daily rhythm — so you're not only supporting mothers in their sacred window, but thriving in your own health, leadership, and prosperity.
You'll walk away with a living map for feminine wealth and service — grounded in Ayurveda, devotion, and timeless tradition.
Ayurvedic Doulas are a specialty.
This isn't ordinary postpartum work. It's a rare, powerful craft that commands premium rates —
because it delivers care families cannot find anywhere else: the food, the hands-on rituals, the 42-day framework, the reverence. While others offer hours of help, you'll offer a complete healing season.
Doulas trained in this work serve at the highest level of care — and when sacred service meets real skill, wealth naturally follows.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need prior doula training or an Ayurveda background to join?
No. The school starts at the very foundations and builds you up completely — philosophy, food, bodywork, baby care, business. Plenty of our students arrived with nothing but a calling and a kitchen. If you've done other trainings, this will deepen them; if you're brand new, this is the whole path in one place.
Is it a certification? What do I actually graduate with?
Yes. Complete the modules, assessments, and case studies and you graduate as a Certified AyurDoula through the AyurMama School — with your place in our global practitioner directory, your client-ready templates from the AyurDoula Systems Vault™, and first access to the AyurMama Client Circle.
Can I really do this work if I'm not a mother?
Yes — truly. You don't need to have given birth to hold a mother through hers. What she needs in her sacred window is someone trained to feed her, warm her, steady her, and keep her world quiet while she becomes. Some of the most beloved caregivers in this tradition have never carried a child — they carry the knowledge instead. T
Do you offer payment plans or scholarships?
Yes. Payment plans are available at checkout so you can spread tuition over several months. We give back: 50% scholarships are offered to students of Indian heritage, and 10% of all scholarship tuition supports postpartum education and care for women in India.
How is the training delivered? Can I start anytime?
Yes — enrollment is always open. The school is fully online and self-paced: video lessons, demonstrations, downloadable resources, and hands-on practicum assignments. You begin the day you enroll and move at your own rhythm, with lifetime access to every lesson and all future curriculum updates.
ow will I find clients after I certify?
This is built into the school itself. Module 7 walks you through designing your signature offering, pricing, and finding your first client — and the AyurMama Client Circle (opening in 2027) is a private community where mothers post their real needs and certified AyurDoulas answer. You're not just trained here — you're connected to the mothers looking for exactly you.
How much time will it take each week?
There are no deadlines and no live classes you must attend. Most students weave the training around work and motherhood over several months, a few hours a week. Some move faster, some slower — the school was built to hold real life, including yours.
Can I join if I'm pregnant or a brand-new mother?
Yes, and many of our students do — you'll be learning the very care you're living, in the season you need it most. Go gently, take the modules in the order that serves you, and let the training nourish you while it teaches you.
The time is now
Mothers need Ayurvedic Doulas more than ever. We are being called — to rise, to remember, to return to beauty, devotion, digestion, and love.
This is sacred work. And it gives back to the caregiver, in so many ways: purpose, provision, and the quiet knowledge that your love feeds generations.
Your devotion can become your livelihood. Your love can become your legacy.
Let's feed the mothers.
